These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iVisionCraft website and any related content, tools or services made available on it (together, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of this website
This Site is provided for general information about iVisionCraft and our web development, mobile app development, custom software and related services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and agree not to:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract content without our written permission
Use the Site's content to mislead, defraud or misrepresent iVisionCraft or any third party
2. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the iVisionCraft name and brand, page layouts and underlying code — is owned by or licensed to iVisionCraft and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Nothing on this Site grants you a licence to use our branding or content, except as expressly permitted in writing.
3. Service engagements
Any software development, design or consulting engagement with iVisionCraft is governed by a separate, signed written agreement (statement of work, master services agreement or similar) between iVisionCraft and the client, which takes precedence over this Site's content in the event of any conflict. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, quote or warranty regarding project scope, timeline or pricing — these are confirmed only in a formal proposal or contract.
4. Submitted content
Any information you submit through our contact form, quote requests or similar channels is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting content, you confirm that it does not infringe any third party's rights and that you have the right to share it with us.
5. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, our social media profiles) that are not owned or controlled by iVisionCraft. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
6. Disclaimers
This Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iVisionCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from a separately signed service agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold iVisionCraft harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
